Delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail or courier delays outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund on prescription-only medications in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed. If your prescription is declined on clinical grounds, a refund of the medication cost (excluding the consultation fee) will be issued within 5 working days.
